Printouts download to the top, rather than the bottom

There is a setting in the Google Chrome browser that controls if the file downloads are "hidden" in a download bubble or if they are displayed in a download shelf.  

If you want to change the behavior, you can open your browser and type chrome://flags//#download-bubble to enable/disable the download bubble.
