Reload page and ignore cache in Chrome

Issue: You can not access new features, drop down options, or selections. 

Solution: Reload CASTiNET in your browser. try one or more of the resolutions below: 

Resolution 1: Try using this keyboard shortcut to reload the page and cache in chrome. Keyboard Shortcut:

Shift + F5

-or-

Ctrl + Shift + r

Resolution 2: Try using this keyboard shortcut to reload the current page in chrome. Keyboard Shortcut:

 F5

-or-

Ctrl + r

Resolution 3: 

In chrome go into developer tools ctrl-shift-I

Goto application> Clear Storage > (left hand side Application) > Click “Clear site data”

Resolution 4: 

Goto Application > (left hand side Cache) >right click on “Cache Storage” and click “refresh”
