The browser is auto filling client information and addresses

Google Chrome Autofill feature is saving the information.  

Steps to turn off autofill: 

1. Click on the 3 dots located in the right hand corner of Google Chrome Browser 
2. Select Settings 
3.  Select Addresses  
4. Turn Off Autofill forms (the icon will change from blue to gray)
