Unable to print applications or vouchers (Pop-Up Blocker)

Question: I am unable to print applications or vouchers?

Answer: If you are having issues printing applications or vouchers, your Google Chrome browser could be blocking CASTiNET 3 pop-up windows.

To check if Pop-ups are being blocker look for an icon appearing on the right side of the URL bar (see image below).

To turn off the pop-up blocker for CASTiNET:

1. Click on the Pop-Up Blocker icon 
2. Select "Always allow pop-ups and redirects  from https://ky.castinet.org".
3. Select Done

You can also can change the popup setting through Google Chrome Settings.

1. Navigate to: chrome://settings/content/popups?search=pop
2. Under the Allow Section Select Add
3. Enter ky.castinet.org and select Add
4. Refresh CASTiNET.
