Where is my LGE or KU invoice email?
The situation: You created and submitted a payment batch to KU or LGE but you haven't received an email with the invoice amount yet.
Once you submit a LIHEAP payment batch to LGE-KU, they will process the batch and send you an email with the invoice amount. Here's some tips to make it go smoothly:
- Make sure your email is set up. LGE-KU will send the invoice to whoever creates and submits the payment batch. That person MUST have a valid email address set up on the user screen in CASTiNET. See your Agency Administrator for assistance.
- The emails won't necessarily show up the next day. Payment batches are usually transmitted to LGE-KU after midnight. If there is any issue with transmitting the batch, such as a connection problem or corruption in the file, the file will typically be transmitted the next day. Once LGE-KU has the file they will process it, and again any issue with the file could cause it to be delayed further. Therefore, you may not have the invoice the next day.
- Keep up with the payment batches you submit to LGE/KU. If you dont receive the invoices after several days, submit a request with CASTiNET Support.
