Completing Goals and Action Steps for Family Goal Plans

Pull up the Family Goal Plan Overview page. You can find this page a few different ways:

1. if you are assigned to this goal, you can find the reminder on the Home screen
2. Reminders card on the Household Overview screen
3. Family Goal Plan History section on Household’s History page.

Completing Goals:

1. Find the goal you would like to complete and click “Edit Goal”. This will open an Edit screen.
2. Enter a completion date. This can be in the past, if applicable.
3. Click Save. You will be taken back to the Family Goal Plan Overview screen.

Completing Action Steps:

1. Find the action step you would like to complete and click the Service Id. This will open an Edit screen.
2. Enter a completion date. This can be in the past, if applicable.
3. Click Save. You will be taken back to the Family Goal Plan Overview screen.
