Education Option is no longer available

You may receive this message on the Programs & Services page under More Information Needed or upon approval for an application. 

High School/Equivalency Diploma has now been split into two options: High School Graduate and Equivalency Diploma (GED). To resolve this error, open of the client overview. Notice the old option in either Currently Enrolled In or Highest Education Level Completed.

Click Edit.

Make a selection for the field that is blank. Save and retry applying the household for a service.
