CAK does not operate the CDBG-CV program, so we are unable to provide guidance or support on eligibility of clients and benefit determination.
CAK and LGE-KU have made it possible for CASTiNET to query the customer's account and lookup the amount the client is able to receive in CDBG-CV benefits. This functionality is only available when the CAA is using the CDBG-CV template to set up the program in CASTiNET. CASTiNET does not perform any calculation on the amount, so whatever is presented in CASTiNET is the amount that LGE-KU is providing.
If there is any discrepancy between the program guidance and the amount that LGE-KU provides to CASTiNET, it will need to be resolved with LGE-KU and CDBG-CV support.
All policy related questions regarding CDBG-CV should be referred to the contracted ADD, the local city/county government holding the contract and the Department of Local Government.
