Not Authorized for training system

Question: After you enter your username and password on the training system, you get a "not authorized message" and are unable to select an office. 

Answer: This happens when a user is set up to use the Live production system, like "ky.castinet.org" but they have not been given access to the training system, such as "training.castinet.org". 

Contact your Agency Administrator for the training username.
