Issue: After entering the username and password on a particular computer, users get a "not authorized" message.
The URL in the browser address bar may read "https://ky.castinet.org/not-authorized"
The user may report that the screen is "blank".
No users can log in on the affected computer, but the users can log in on other computers.
Solution:
It may sound odd, but check your computer's clock. If your clock is off by just a few minutes it can prevent you from logging in.
This issue is caused when the time on the computer is not accurate. Check the time of the computer against a valid time source, such as the United States time.gov and correct the computer's time.
Contact your Local IT support if you need assistance with updating your computer time or if the issue recurs.
