Managing Partner (Vendor) Prices: What does Volume discount and Below Min mean?

Question: What does “Gallons (Delivered - volume discount)” mean? 

Answer: For Propane Cylinders, you will want to enter the price for the cylinder (which will equal to 23.6 gallons).  The client will be eligible for a maximum of 8.47 cylinders of propane.

Question: What does “Gallons (Delivered - below min)”? 

Answer: Some vendors require a delivery charge or a higher price per unit if the client receives less than a particular number of units.  Once again, it is recommended to note the minimum units to deliver in the partner office notes to let your staff know.
