Questions:
- Why are my reports/transmittals/payments loading as a blank screen in CASTiNET?
- I am unable to see the option to print or save my reports, transmittals, or payment batches. Where is the function (blue option) bar?
- Why am I unable to see any information in the Benefind or the KU Portal when they pop up?
Answer: If you are have one of the above questions, try this solution.
To view the report and the blue option bar, adjust the zoom settings on your browser.
- Option 1: From the browser settings (3 dots on upper right hand side), select zoom out (-). Then refresh your page (using the
), you should know be able to see the entire report preview and the Function (blue) bar. - Option 2: Use the magnify glass icon
, located right of the url bar, to zoom out (-). After zooming out, use the refresh icon on the report viewer 
you should know be able to see the entire report preview.
