This is because of program specific rights.
To fix this, an admin needs to do the following:
Go to Programs. Search for the program that you can't see.
Edit program. Go to the last page User Group Role Map.
For each user group, assign the appropriate roles.
Some user groups may only need read rights, while others might need read and create rights. Admins may also need edit rights. Please be cautious about your selections.
The following Roles are available:
- Services ( most users ) - Create Services (ability to read, approve, deny and void applications as well as upload and view service documentation)
- Services ( most users ) - Create Services without Void (ability to read, approve and deny applications as well as upload and view service documentation)
- Services (elevated) - Allows editing information on an approved applications (no policy enforcement on changes)
- Services (elevated) - Overrides default Monthly Income profile selection
- Services (elevated) - Overrides Duplicate Account Number Check
- Services (elevated) - Overrides Gov Identification Cross Check
- Services (elevated) - Overrides Insufficient Funds Remaining Check
- Services (elevated) - Permanently delete uploaded documentation
- Services (Finance) - Edit Payment Amount
- Services (read-only plus upload) - Read-only view of previous services plus ability to Upload Service Documents
- Services (read-only restricted) - Restricted Read (no Rights)
- Services (read-only) - Read-only View of previous services
- Services (read-only) - Read-only View of previous services created by logged in user
- Services (WX Only) - WX Change Status & Submit to Hancock
