Can't see services

Can’t see a client’s service history?

Here’s how to fix it:

1. Go to the Admin- >  User Groups
2. Find the user group called –“Access to Programs prior to user group enforcement” .
3. Add the user that needs to see historical services to that group.

All the members of that group will be able to see client history for services that ended prior to July 1, 2023.

Note:  This action must be performed by Agency CASTiNET Administrator
