KU/LGE Skip Automatic Pledge Creation

Question: Is there a way to approve a service application for KU or LGE without automatically creating the pledge so we can input the pledge manually in the portal?

Answer: The option to approve an application without a pledge is "Approve- Skip Automatic Pledge Creation" on the application review screen. If a user selects "Approve" that automatically creates the pledge.

Note: If you skip Automatic Pledge Creation, you will need to add the Pledge ID manually. See article: How to add LGE/KU Manual PledgeIDs to CASTiNET Applications
