Check your internet speed: Check with your IT to determine what speed you should be getting and compare it to the results you get using these tests:
Speed Test by Netflix (after the test finishes, click show "more info" to see upload speed)
Test your connection to Azure: (CASTiNET primarily uses "EAST US")
Check your internet connection's Latency to Microsoft Azure
Check your internet connection's Latency to Azure Blob Storage
