Issue: Trouble Installing or Updating CASTiNET2
Please note: CASTiNET2 is no longer supported for new installations. Users should not use CASTiNET2 to perform data entry or edits as they will be lost.
Solution: Check connectivity to CASTiNET2 Installation services. If these tests fail, you should work with you IT network staff to resolve connectivity issues.

you should receive this message:
hello world you're on Azure!
2) go to this link: https://picnic2.castinet.org/update/
You should receive a message that you are not authorized (401 - unauthorized), and a prompt to enter a username and password. You won't be able to log in, but this will confirm that you can connect.
