Missing Programs:

Issue: Missing programs

I went in to sign up someone for a programs and all the programs are missing, I can't see any programs

Solution: 

Click on your name in the top right corner and then click "Log Out", close your browser if possible, log back in and see if the programs are there. 

If they aren't there, open a support ticket.
